Olive Oil 橄欖油

Olive Oil -caution 橄欖油用家小心
Olive for cooking has been known as good for health. But be careful!
橄欖一直在烹飪上稱為有益身體健康。但使用时务求小心 !

If the bottle is labeled "Extra Virgin", the product is super! It was made with the first time oil squeezed out from olives and is good for all ways of cooking and salad mixture.
如果瓶子標有"非常純潔首榨",該是超級產品!它是從橄欖擠出的第一次榨油,适用於所有烹飪如煎、煮、炒、炸及拌和沙律用。

If it is labeled "pure", that was the 2nd or 3rd time squeezed out oil and is good for all cooking but not for mixing salad.
如果它標記為"純粹",這就是第二榨或第三榨。适用於一般烹飪而不适合拌和沙律用。

If it is labeled "olive oil' or "macro olive oil", it is the 4th or 5th time using heat to squeeze out oil. These are cheaper but can cause cancer. They can only be used in industry.
如果它標記為"橄欖油"或"常用橄欖油"那便是第四榨或第五榨。是用熱力把油擠出的。較便宜,但可能會導致癌症。一般作為工業用途、飼料、燈油等,不可食用。
