十種水果酵素的見證 /李鴻志牧師
我的三姐三年前罹患乳癌,化療完後病情一直都沒好轉,直到去年十月女兒訂婚,她以為看到女兒完成人生大事了,若離世也可瞑目。那時她的病情是最虛弱的時候,在訂婚席上女兒為她預錄了一段話,因聲音沙啞聽來覺得體力非常弱,真是不捨也不忍。
怎知兩個月後再看到她時,她完全變了樣,不但神采飛揚,脫離了癌細胞的轄制,且聲音恢復、行動有力、白髮變黑髮,連左邊乳房的兩顆腫瘤也不見了。那時我們家人參加她女兒一月的結婚筵席,都不知這兩個月來她發生了甚麼事,我們都非常好奇也很興奮。
原來幾個月前她聽別人的勸告去喝「十種水果酵素」。一開始她也不願意,因為還在服抗癌藥,怕弄亂了醫生的判斷,但她的朋友勸她說這都是水果釀製的,沒有任何化學成份,就嘗試一下吧!勉強嚐試,沒想到一喝,不但病情改善、癌指數下降,連主治醫生都不敢相信,後來也成為其他病友見證的活榜樣。 不久三姐把這酵素拿來給我,剛好那時我正要去以色列聖地,所以就放在家裡沒去動它。之後我嚐試的情形是這樣的。
去年我的手指莫名地長「香港手」之類的水泡,會癢也會破皮,聽旅友說到以色列死海去泡,甚麼皮膚病都會好,但我去泡了兩個小時也沒好。 從以色列回來後,我嘗試喝了一下這酵素,我的手指真的改善許多,不再出現以前的水泡。
但我沒太多注意這改變,以為是巧合;兩個禮拜後我又到大陸兩週。三姐告訴我把酵素帶在身邊喝,我想這又不是甚麼東西,若打破瓶子,弄髒了行李多得不償失啊!所以我就沒帶去。返台前兩天,發現我的手指又在長水泡了,我就定意這次回台後一定要用酵素來試驗一下。回到家後,我就努力地喝,沒幾天皮膚真的改善了,直到現在都沒再長水泡。
有很多人看到三姐身體的改善都會向她詢問,她也不吝把製作酵素的方法傳出去,至少有五十個人在家中作 。因為有太多人看到她的改變,他們也想改善體質,這例子非常多。
其中有一個老年癡呆者,不能辨識人,但喝完之後恢復許多,現在可以辨識人,還可以正常對話,那天這位妻子帶她的丈夫前來叩謝。
我的四姐在竹圍馬偕安寧病房作清潔工,也介紹一位大腸癌病患喝。原來這病人都是靠打嗎非而活,差不多快要死了,但我打電話去時,得到的消息是他已出院了,真是不可思議! 我上網去找這類消息,想瞭解為何有這療效,但網上我只看到有人製作「十種水果酵素」,卻沒看到有人把病情改善的見證寫出來。
我想這既是我三姐的見證,也是我親身的經歷,就把它寫下來,讓相同的病人或無助的人能找到一條生機。
以下就是「十種水果酵素」的製作過程:
材料:
1. 甜菜一個、蘋果一個、芭樂一個、奇異果三個、葡萄廿粒、鳳梨一個(去頭尾)、火龍果一個(要放入罐子前再去頭尾)、青木瓜一個(要放入罐子前再去子)、蕃茄二個(要放入罐子前再去子),酪梨一個(要放入罐子前再去子),上述水果洗淨後風乾(要放入罐子前再不能殘留水份),連皮切塊備用。
2. 砂糖一斤半。
3. 蜂蜜一斤。
4. 黑糖一斤半。
作法:
1. 買一個容量廿五公升的玻璃罐洗淨,不能殘留水份。
2. 將上述材料及菌種放入玻璃罐內。
3. 注入冷開水到罐頸處。
4. 以保鮮膜封九層以上,綁緊、勿漏氣。
5. 完工,靜置廿五天即可飲用。(若無菌種則靜置30天)
注意:
1. 發酵完即倒出過濾裝瓶飲用(否則會成為水果酒)。
2. 每天至少喝90cc,可加水稀釋。
3. 過濾剩餘之果渣即是菌種,置於溫室即可,可保存數日(勿放冰箱,菌種會壞死),可再分裝五份繼續培養。
以下是水果渣的果肉的應用,請參考:將發酵過的水果肉以自己喜歡的口味,混合多種原料,如紅龍果,木瓜、葡萄、桑椹、草莓等漿果類,加入梅子、楊桃、檸檬、柑桔、牛蒡、紅蘿蔔,荔枝、龍眼等,幾凡發酵過的水果都可綜合加入。請先均勻一下,然後放入打果汁用的料理機,添加適量酵素原汁或RO水(以易於翻轉攪碎為原則),由低速而高速直到成為膏糊狀為止,這時可嚐看看滋味如何,太酸的話可酌量加入蜂蜜調和。總之,一切以自己喜好為宜。這樣很快的一道令人望之食指大動,聞之垂涎三尺的綜合酵素果醬就大功告成了!將酵素果醬分置容器內,放在冷凍室裏,時間再久也會鬆軟如故,是一道色香味具佳上等的冰淇淋,也是盛暑期間補充體力兼消暑的良方。加水攪拌的酵素果醬經冷凍後,一定要放入低溫或冷凍室內,它的成品吃起來沙沙的較像冰淇淋。加入蜂蜜的酵素果醬,糖尿病友想吃的話,須置於常溫裏若干時日,讓蜂蜜發酵分解成寡糖才好,放置常溫的酵素果醬,因處於繼續發酵狀態,所以不可裝得太滿,否則會因此溢出容器外,甚至產生容器的破裂。
用此方法製作酵素果醬,如遇有堅硬的果核,像梅子核、李子核等,因果核有豐富的礦物質,可將之磨粉碎後一併製造,倘設備不足,只好剝取果肉而棄之矣!

BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS
1.No Breakfast. People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.
2.Overeating. It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.
3.Smoking It causes multiple brain shrink ageand may lead toAlzheimer disease.
4.High Sugar consumption. Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.
5.Air Pollution. The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our 20 body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.
6.Sleep Deprivation. Sleep allows our brain to rest... Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death ofbrain cells...
7.Head covered while sleeping. Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.
8.Working your brain during illness. Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.
9.Lacking in stimulating thoughts. Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.
10.Talking Rarely. Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain.
The main causes of liver damage.
1.Sleeping too late and waking up too late are main cause.
2.Not urinating in the morning.
3.Too much eating.
4.Skipping breakfast.
5.Consuming too much medication.
6.Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food colouring, andartificial sweetener.
7.Consuming unhealthycooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.
8.Consuming raw (overly done) foods also add to the burden of liver. Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.
We should prevent this without necessarily spending more. We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaininggood eating habitsand time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to 'schedule.'

The top five cancer-causing foods
1.Hot Dogs. Because they are high in nitrates, the Cancer Prevention Coalition advises that children eat no more than 12 hot dogs a month. If you can't live without hot dogs, buy those made withoutsodium nitrate.
2.Processed meats and Bacon Also high in the same sodium nitrates found in hot dogs, bacon, and other processed meats raise the risk of heart disease. The saturated fat in bacon also contributes to cancer.
3.Doughnuts Doughnuts are cancer-causing double trouble. First, they are made with white flour, sugar, and hydrogenated oils, then fried at high temperatures. Doughnuts may be the worst food you can possibly eat to raise your risk of cancer.
4.French fries Like doughnuts, French fries are made with hydrogenated oilsand then fried at high temperatures. They also contain cancer- causing acryl amides which occur during the frying process. They should be called cancer fries, not French fries.
5.Chips, crackers, and cookies All are usually made with white flour and sugar. Even the ones whose labels claim to be free of trans-fats generally contain small amounts of trans-fats.
