衛福部公佈大腸癌的主因來自十大恐怖美食~

     Harvey's note: Colon & rectal cancer has genetic marker, if a person with direct family history , please check  blood CEA level when one's bowel habit or annually. When I was in Taiwan, I saw a case who was 26year old with colon cancer.      大直腸癌與血綠遺傳關係很大 !! 我一位姻親她祖父有此症 她也患直腸癌她先生是著名醫院的外科醫師看她術後常要抽血檢查 CEA 以癌細胞是否擴散他白己也去抽血檢查.  結果是 20 左右是正常的5,大腸鏡 ( Colonoscopy ) 及其他影像檢查找不出病源 !只好開腹探察結果癌症在盲部,緊接著上面的小腸尾端.  是大腸的起頭,此處大腸鏡不昜達到的癌細胞已擴散到腹腔多處肥腺. 幸好他術後 己正常生活 7.   8  !

CEA:  a tumor marker for colorectal cancer
Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) describes a set of highly relatedglycoproteins involved in cell adhesion. CEA is normally produced in gastrointestinal tissue during fetal development, but the production stops before birth. Therefore CEA is usually present only at very low levels in the blood of healthy adults. However, the serum levels are raised in some types of cancer, which means that it can be used as a tumor marker in clinicaltests. Serum levels can also be elevated in heavy smokers. CEA are glycosyl phosphatidyl inositol (GPI) cell surface anchored glycoproteins whose specialized sialofucosylated glycoforms serve as functional colon carcinoma L-selectin and E-selectin ligands, which may be critical to the metastatic dissemination of colon carcinomacells.[2][3][4] Immunologically they are characterized as members of the CD66cluster of differentiation
